Träframe Relocates

Big news from Träframe — we’ve moved!

We’re excited to share that Träframe has relocated to a bigger, better-equipped factory that will support our continued growth and allow us to serve our customers even more efficiently. We have moved from our smaller unit in Eastbourne, to a much larger factory in Lower Dicker, Hailsham. Not only is our factory much larger, but we now have a considerably bigger yard space – holding more timber stock & more space for manufacture.

Why We’ve Relocated…

Over the last few years, demand for our trusses, posi-joists & timber frame has grown significantly. What started as a compact workspace has now evolved into a busy production environment that’s ready for more room to thrive. Our new facility offers:

• Increased floor space for production – we now have more space to manufacture more than one or two projects at a time & more room to store built products

• Improved workflow layout to boost efficiency & get those orders ready to go!

• Modern equipment upgrades we’ve recently had our new Hundegger saw installed – a state-of-the-art machine that cuts timber at an incredible rate

• Comfortable working areas for our expanding team

This move is an exciting milestone that reflects both the hard work of our staff and the trust of the customers we serve.

What This Means for Our Customers

Fortunately, the move to Hailsham from Eastbourne was pretty seamless & disruption to manufacture was relatively low, as we tried to make all our customers aware & work around the relocation. With a few expected minor teething issues, we are now settled into our new establishment & everything is running smoothly!

It’s given us the opportunity to make sure our members of staff have their roles & responsibilities cemented, meaning everyone can work more efficiently together. We’ve been lucky to welcome some new members to our team since moving, including a very knowledgeable designer & some hard-working factory engineers.
